LITERACY TIP
Sharing books that talk about how characters behave in various kinds of relationships can help children think about their own behavior and how they interact with others. Take the opportunity books offer to talk about what children think they might do.

Some other books you can share with your class to discuss characters and behavior are:
Giraffes Can't Dance by Giles Andreae
The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein
The Bad Seed by William March
